Ah hahaha!

I have had an awesome idea for my handmade gift in my swapbox!
So yeah, I have to finish what I'm working on now and the I'll get on with that. I actually think I have a really good idea of my entire kit, which is awesome.

I have an interesting thing where I start a project, with every intention of it being for myself, then about 1/4 of the way through it turns out I'm knitting for someone else without even knowing it. Like thease fingerless mits I started last week, as the weather got colder. Turnes out they are for my friend birthday, not for me!

This means I have my next 2 projects planned, and still nothing for me!! I will honestly do something for myself soon, honest! It's a good thing I like knitting for other people.

Where can you see Lions?

I have had my house assinement from HSKS6 and I'm a....Gryffindor?
Hehe, I think It will be interesting being a Gryffindor. I will have to practise my bravery, and I already have tha Hufflepuff loyalty so I should do just fine. Plus I have the gryffindor traite of being kinda obliviouse, which should help even more ;)

I will have to start planning my kit, and that means a trip to I Knit London! I've only been to thier shop in Waterloo once so it will be nice to go and have anouther visit and root arround. I already have a plan for my extra gifty, which if they work will be super awesomeo!

I've also gotten my H_E craft swap partner (I really should message her) and know EXACTLY what I am going to make!! (I really hope she likes it!)

OK, so now I'm actually going to do some work.

Damn it, I forgot how annoying it is living over in the UK when involved in American run events!

I want to sign up to HSKS6 as a new student, but I don't have next access at home so I will just have to hope I can still sign up on monday when I am back at work (after checking throughout the day just incase they acctually past the sign up before I leave work).

ARGH! I mean I don't expect them to have to accomidate me when I live in anouther country, but it is still very very frustrating.

Plus I still have to finish the purple lace scarf for a birthday present on sat, and I am not even half done.

So I'm signing up for HSKS6, and I'm all kind of excited about it!
I'm in one other craft/knit swap this year (so far!) but that will be majorly low impact as I have 2 finished projects which have no home as of yet.
I'm going to have to start thinking of what to do as myextra crafty thing, although I have a few very cool ideas which will work very well! (veryveryvery, my word of the day it seems.)

Oh! I've just remembered the Ally Pally knit and stitch show is on at the begining of october! I guess that would be a good place to pick up some cool, fun things for the kit swap. Although I have only just started using some of the yarn I got from last year! This year I will have to limit myself to HSKS6 stuff only so I don't go mad again!
